The E-Design Process

How does it Work?

STEP 01: Service Select your design package.

Note: If you need help selecting a package, email us at info@theinteriorimpact for assistance.

STEP 02: Questionnaire Complete our design questionnaire (Button to the link down below). This helps us gather information about your vision of your space(s) (ex. design style, preferences, budget, lifestyle, favorite stores, etc.)

You will then be prompted to upload photos and take measurements of your space(s) as well as provide us any inspiration photos, if any.

STEP 03: Design This is where the magic starts! we will begin working on your custom design(s). Feel free to message your designer via email throughout the entire design process!

You’ll receive your mood board (s) directly to your inbox within 1-2 weeks.

Unlimited revisions are included in all of our design packages within 5 business days to ensure you’re happy.

STEP 04: Mood Board Delivery Once you approve your room design, you will be provided with a shopping list for you to shop at your convenience.

Once purchased and the items have arrived in good condition. You can now relax and enjoy your new space! don’t forget to share photos with us.

Style Refresh Package

$250

Your room is finish but all your missing is accessories then our Style Refresh package is for you! We’ll curate a collection of statement accents and accessories, adding personality and style to your space. This is a mini vignette ensuring a harmonious blend of textures, colors, and shapes to enhance the aesthetic of your space.

  • 1 initial design concept to review, with unlimited revisions within a 5-Day revision window

  • 1 final room design

  • Direct messaging with designer via email

FAQs

  • E-Design, also known as Virtual Interior Design, is a service that allows interior designers to work with clients all remotely to create personalized and professionally design spaces.

    • All of our E-Design/Virtual Design packages are all delivered remotely. Therefore, you can access our professional design services regardless of your location.

    • E-Design is cost-effective; lower fees compared to traditional face-to-face interior design service, as it eliminates travel expenses and in-person consultations.

    • You’ll have the flexibility to order furniture and accessories items and shop the design at your own pace.

  • All of The Interior Impact Design packages are charged at a flat rate providing complete transparency. The packages start at $250.

  • Once you submit your initial design questionnaire, we’ll have your first e-design to you within 5 business days but can vary based upon project scope and requirements. After that, any revisions will be completed within 24 hours of your submitting feedback.

  • Yes, I take into account your measurements of your space. I don’t guarantee measurements 100% accurate as I am not there in person at your location. Please confirm measurements before ordering large items.

  • We suggest following our measurement guide and submit the completed measurements via design questionnaire or email info@theinteriorimpact.com.

  • Yes, of course! Be sure to email links of items you own. If you don’t have links, send pictures and we will try to locate the exact or find similar item(s).

  • If you don’t need a full room design but need help finding the perfect piece wall art, styling accessories, or a light fixture. The Style Refresh package is for you.

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after the design phase has been started.

  • Don’t worry! We offer unlimited revisions within 5 business days of receiving your initial design. Email me why you don’t love that item (s) and what you prefer to see instead. Because of this revision policy, we don’t offer refunds once the design phase has started.

    Note: Keep in mind that all of our designs are crafted based on the images you sent us and measurements you provide in the design questionnaire.

  • We will do our best to ensure that all items are in stock once you received your design. However, due to the nature of online shopping, there is a risk of items going out of stock. We highly encourage clients to purchase the items immediately once a design is finalized. We would hate for an item go out of stock and it’s something that you loved.

    There is a 1 or 2 week post design support for our services if you want us to reselect an item that has recently went out of stock. After that, clients may continue to check sites for restock or self-seek comparable items.

  • With making any purchases online, there is always a chance that an item could look different from the pictures or from the mood board than it does in real life. Very rarely, an online item could provide incorrect measurements as well. All items chosen will be from well-known vendors that allow returns.

    Also, don’t worry if an item doesn’t work in your space when you receive it or if you’re not happy with an item(s) once arrived. We will help you for an replacement up to 5 items.

    We will try our best to avoid returns but sometimes it absolutely necessary! Reach out to the designer via info@theinteriorimpact.com for replacements.
